Lynn Youngbar, Interim Executive Director |

Lynn is the Interim Executive Director as of February 2008. In the
consulting business, Lynn has often
found herself working as an interim executive for non profit
organizations.
Lynn has previously worked with the Oregon Economic Development
Department, and served as executive director with Rural Development
Initiatives. Lynn has a master’s in
city planning from MIT and a BA in Sociology for Portland State
University. She worked with OWT on the 2008-2010 strategic plan and was
OWT’s Interim ED during the last ED transition in 2003. |
 | Steve Parrett, Senior Project Manager |
| Steve has been a Project Manager since December 2001, working with landowners and water right holders in the John Day, Rogue, Umpqua, and other coastal basins. Before joining Oregon Water Trust, Steve spent several years as a consulting environmental specialist and staff geologist, and worked with property owners and governmental entities to ensure successful completion of a variety of projects. Steve holds a degree in geology from the Southern Oregon University in Ashland. |

| Kim completed her Master's degree at Portland State University in Environmental Management. For her thesis, Kim analyzed the effects of instream flow restoration on aquatic species on the Middle Fork of the John Day River. Kim has been with the Water Trust since May 2003, where she conducts streamflow measurements and water rights research, prepares transfers and grants, and manages databases. Kim grew up in Winston, Oregon and was president of the local FFA chapter. Her previous professional experience includes work at the Portland Water Bureau, US Forest Service and National Park Service. |

Davíd Pilz, Project Manager |
Growing up spending summers on a family-owned ranch in northern Colorado inspired Davíd to pursue a career working with Western water issues. In May 2006, Davíd graduated from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where he focused on Environmental and Natural Resources law. Specifically, Davíd concentrated on water law, publishing a law review article on Oregon's instream water rights law in theory and practice. Before being hired as a project manager, he spent a summer working as a legal intern for the Water Trust. As an undergraduate student at Colorado College, Davíd studied environmental biology and sustainable economic development in the West. |

Jeffrey Kee,

Jeffrey Kee is a fourth generation Oregonian
descended from ranchers, loggers and teachers. He is an avid hunter and
fisherman, who has obtained degrees from Oregon Institute of
Technology. He has his state certifications as a Professional Land
Surveyor and a Water Rights Examiner. Jeffrey has worked as a land
surveyor and natural resource specialist throughout the West. Jeffrey
also worked for 5 years building the Clackamas County Soil and Water
Conservation District (SWCD). Jeffrey currently is Chair of the Industry
Advisory Committee for Oregon Institute of Technology’s Renewable Energy
Systems Bachelors degree program. He is an artist who also likes to
write and is dedicated to the conservation and restoration of NW
ecosystems. Jeffrey joined OWT as Project Manager in August of
2008. |

Grants Administrator Kacy is a 6th generation Oregonian and grew up in Nehalem. She has worked for Oregonians for a Balanced Tillamook and the Wild Salmon Center. Kacy is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and an emphasis in Environmental Studies. |

Molly O'Sullivan, Office Administrator |

Molly completed her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and
Anthropology at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Molly
went on to complete two years of AmeriCorps service in both Nevada and
Massachusetts, gaining natural resource management experience along with
outreach and environmental education skills. She moved to Portland
from her hometown Madison, WI in the fall of 2006. |

Scott Peerman,
Project Technician |
Scott is a born and raised Oregonian who
completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at Portland State
University. Before being hired at the Water Trust,
Scott was an intern with Portland's Bureau of Environmental
Services while attending school. He is interested in Pacific Northwest water resources and will be pursuing a Masters degree in Environmental Management in the near future. |
